Corporate Structure

Structured to Operate.

CETA International is an integrated operating company organized across e-commerce, data intelligence, and automation. The structure combines a central company with specialist entities and direct operating units so execution can stay disciplined while the wider business remains flexible.

How CETA Is Organized

CETA International is both the headquarters of the business and the company that manages the wider structure. Around it sit smaller related companies and operating units that support execution in the markets and verticals where a dedicated entity makes sense.

Today, e-commerce includes specialist companies such as MILD Limited and Triffyn GmbH, while data intelligence and AI automation continue to operate directly under CETA International. The model is intentionally expandable and can add new companies over time as market feasibility and operating logic evolve.

How the Structure Works in Practice

The value of the structure is not in complexity. It is in coordination: clearer ownership, shared intelligence, and the ability to support partners across adjacent decisions without breaking continuity.

01

Central Direction, Specialized Execution

CETA International sits at the center of the structure, while specialist companies and operating units focus on the day-to-day execution required in each vertical.

02

Shared Intelligence Across the Group

Commerce signals, customer feedback, operating data, and automation outputs all strengthen decision quality when they are connected instead of isolated.

03

One Relationship, Wider Support

Partners often enter through one vertical, but the relationship is not limited to a single workstream. CETA supports adjacent commercial and operational decisions where that improves the result.

04

Built for Long-Term Operating Value

The structure is designed to improve reliability over time, not only to deliver one-off projects. The objective is better execution, clearer decisions, and stronger control.

Operating Footprint

The structure is anchored in Miami, supported by market-specific operating entities, and deployed across the regions where partner demand and execution depth are strongest.

Headquarters

CETA International is officially headquartered in Miami. That is the formal center of the structure and the main point of coordination for the wider business.
